§ 34.32 QUALIFICATIONS OF ENGINEER.

The person so appointed as City Engineer shall be well qualified from practical experience in the work of surveying and civil engineering and shall be a registered professional engineer or shall be eligible for certification as a registered professional engineer in the state.
