§ 34.01 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The powers and duties of the Recreation Board as provided in R.C. §§ 755.12, 755.13, 755.16, 755.17, and 755.18 shall be vested in the Board of Park Commissioners. They shall have full and exclusive jurisdiction as allowed by law for the management of the city parks.
