§ 32.09 POLICE PROTECTION OUTSIDE THE CITY.
   The Police Chief, or in his absence, the Police Captain, is hereby authorized to provide police protection to any county, municipal corporation or township of the State without a contract subject to review by the Mayor, or, in his absence, the Service Safety Director, in accordance with R.C. § 737.041.
