§ 32.07 DRUG AND LAW ENFORCEMENT FUNDS.
   (A)   There is hereby established a special revenue fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Fund (27-000-000) under the provisions of R.C. § 2933.43. The necessity for establishing a law enforcement fund is to provide for the recording of the proceeds from the public auction of contraband seized by public safety forces within the City. Initial funding for this special revenue fund will be received from the public auction of such contraband.
   (B)   There is hereby established a special revenue fund to be known as the Drug Law Enforcement Fund (28-000-000) under the provisions of R.C. § 2925.03. The necessity for establishing a drug law enforcement fund is to provide for separate accounting records for fines, or portions thereof, collected under such section of the Ohio Revised Code. Initial funding for this special revenue fund will be received from the presiding court from which the fines would be levied.
