§ 32.04 AUXILIARY POLICE.
   (A)   There is created within the Police Department, a police auxiliary, to consist of not more than 20 personnel. No person is eligible to become an auxiliary member unless he or she has reached the age of 21 years.
   (B)   The members of the police auxiliary shall have such powers and duties as shall be prescribed by the Safety-Service Director and shall be under the supervision of the Chief of Police or his appointed representative.
   (C)   The members of the police auxiliary shall receive compensation of $1 per man, per year, payable from police salaries.
