§ 30.02 MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR HEALTH SERVICES.
   The Mayor is authorized, subject to the approval of Council, to enter into a contract with the chairman of the District Advisory Council of the Guernsey County General Health District whereby the Board of Health of the General Health District shall provide within the city, such public health services as are required by the State statutes, the regulations of the State Sanitary Code and such other public health services as are authorized by law and can be furnished with the amount of money appropriated by Council, as its proportion of expenses. Such contract shall state:
   (A) The proportion of the expenses of the combined health districts to be paid by the city, which shall not be in excess of $4,000 in any one year, and the proportion to be paid by the General Health District;
   (B)   The date, as subsequently determined by Council, after approval of the contract by Council, on which the administration of public health affairs shall be taken over by the General Health District;
   (C)   Subject to the approval of Council, the length of time the contract shall be in effect, if for a
limited time.
