§ 2-40 PENALTY.
   1.   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any amount not to exceed the limits established in Chapter 11, Article 3, § 11-50 of this code of ordinances.
   2.   Each day upon which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
