§ 1-193 CONTRIBUTIONS BY CITY.

There shall be appropriated by the city from available funds, such amounts at such times as may be required by applicable state or federal laws or regulations for employers’ contributions to the Federal Social Security System. Such funds shall be paid over to the state or federal agency designated by said laws or regulations.
