Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, performs any unlawful act as defined in this chapter or fails to perform any act required in this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any amount not to exceed the limits established in Chapter 11, Article 3, § 11-50 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
