§ 1-170 PARTICIPATION IN STATE FIREMEN’S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND.
   The Volunteer Fire Department of the city shall be subject to all of the provisions of the State Firemen’s Relief and Pension Act, all of the provisions of which are hereby accepted by the city for the use and benefit of its Volunteer Fire Department, which shall also be subject to all of the obligations thereunder.
