§ 1-157 PURPOSE OF REVENUES.
   It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this article to provide revenues for the support of the functions of the municipal government of the city and any and all revenues derived hereunder may be expended by the City Council for any purpose for which funds may be lawfully expended and authorized.
