It is necessary for the public health and safety that the following three crosswalks be established across Highway 62 in the vicinity of Cache High School:
1. Crosswalk No. 1 is to be located approximately 35 feet east of intermediate school driveway and extend north across Highway 62, said crosswalk being no less than 15 feet in length;
2. Crosswalk No. 2 is to be located on the east end of the west drive coming from Cache High School and will extend north across Highway 62, being no less than 15 feet in width; and
3. Crosswalk No. 3 is to be located on the east end of the east driveway entering Cache High School and extend north across Highway 62, being no less than 15 feet width.
