1. Alcoholic beverages shall not be permitted on or consumed at any city park.
2. No motorized vehicle of any type, gas or electric, shall be operated at a speed in excess of five mph on a city park.
3. Quiet hours shall be between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
5. There shall be no loud, offensive or profane music played at any city park.
LOUD MUSIC shall mean any music that can be heard by a bystander more than 50 feet from the source of the music. OFFENSIVE MUSIC is any music that defames and/or employs negative racial and/or gender oriented language.
6. Music incorporating profanity into its lyrics shall not be played at any city park.
7. No littering shall be allowed at any city park.
8. No dumping or sewage or any other type of waste shall be allowed at any city park except in areas authorized and marked for that purpose.
9. Only RV camping shall be allowed at city parks, and camping permits must first be obtained at City Hall.
