§ 16-40 USE OF MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to make any connection to the municipal sewer system without first complying with all applicable provisions of this code of ordinances and all requirements of the Cache Public Works Authority.
