§ 15-143 PLANS REQUIRED.
   1.   Plans for the improvements required by this article shall be prepared by a professional engineer, as required by state law.
   2.   One set of record plans, tracings and specifications, certified and signed by an engineer registered in the state, shall be filed with the City Clerk, prior to the acceptance by the City Council of any improvements installed by the subdivider, consistent with state law.
