Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not to exceed the limits established in Chapter 11, Article 3, § 11-50 of this code of ordinances. Each day such violation is committed or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. In addition, violation of any of the provisions hereof declared to be a public nuisance shall be a basis for injunction at the suit of the city or at the suit of any person, firm or corporation adversely affected thereby.
