Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed the limits established in Chapter 11, Article 3, § 11-50 of this code of ordinances. Each day’s continuation of any such violation shall be a separate offense.
