§ 1-59 FAIR HOUSING BOARD.
   1.   There is hereby created a Fair Housing Board for the city to assist in the enforcement of all municipal fair housing regulations and ordinances. See Chapter 5 of this code of ordinances.
   2.   The City Council shall serve as the Fair Housing Board of said community.
