1. The following schedule of fines is hereby established:

2. If a defendant pleads guilty and desires to pay his or her fine with the Court Clerk, before Court, to speeding in a school zone or a construction zone, the amount of the fine will double the amount in the fine schedule, plus added to the fine amount will be payment of court cost and penalty assessment fee.
3. The above fine schedule does not include the $19 penalty assessment fee, which must be added to each fine amount and a $30 court cost must be added to each fine.
4. Persons charged with the below listed offenses must go to court on their court date and cannot pay their fine at the violations bureaus, before their court date.
a. Driving or being in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while impaired or under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances;
b. Attempting to elude a law enforcement officer;
c. Operating a motor vehicle without having been issued a valid driver’s license, or while the license is under suspension, revocation, denial or cancellation;
d. An arrest based on an outstanding warrant;
e. A traffic violation coupled with an offense stated above; and
f. Assault and battery.
