§ 11-2 JURISDICTION OF COURT.
   The Municipal Court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any provision of this code of ordinances or of any other ordinance of the city is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to said Court, in accordance with applicable laws.
