Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the limits established in Chapter 11, Article 3, § 11-50 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
