1. Each park licensee shall keep a register containing a record of all home and travel owners and occupants located within the park. The register shall contain the following information:
a. The name and address of the owner or occupant of each home and any motor vehicle; and
b. The make, model, year and license of each mobile or manufactured home and motor vehicle.
2. The park shall keep the register available for inspection at all times by law-enforcement officers, public health officials and other officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the information contained in the register. The register of each occupant registered shall not be destroyed for a period of one year, following the date of departure of the registrant from the park.
