1. The licensee or a duly authorized attendant or caretaker, shall be charged at all times with keeping the park, its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable, with the licensee, for the violation of any provision of this chapter to which the license is subject.
2. The license shall be conspicuously posted in the offices of, or on the premises of, the park at all times.
