§ 1-49 UTILITY SUPERINTENDENT.
   There is hereby created a Utility Superintendent for city. The Utility Superintendent shall be appointed by the City Council, with a term of office of two years, running concurrent with City Council elections, or until such services are terminated by death, resignation, removal by the City Council or other legal manner.
