Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the limits established in Chapter 11, Article 3, § 11-50 of this code of ordinances, and is subject to revocation of any license. Each day upon which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Conviction shall also void any and all licenses and permits issued under the provisions of this chapter, to the person, firm or corporation in violation of said provisions.
