§ 5-106 USED CAR LOTS.
   1.   All lots used for a used car lot shall have a gravel/chat surface and shall be separated from the public right-of-way or easement by a two-foot fence, such as, pipe, metal fencing.
   2.   Vehicles not for sale or inoperative vehicles shall not be stored on said lot.
   3.   All servicing of vehicles shall be conducted within a completely enclosed building.
