§ 5-89 REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYEES.
   Every person, except a licensee, whose working or employment in the pawnbroking business commences after October 14, 1969, shall be required to be fingerprinted and photographed by, and to furnish his or her name, address and place of employment to, the Police Department within 48 hours following his or her employment; the failure of such employee so to do shall be grounds for the revocation of the licenses of the pawnbroker in whose business such employee is working.
