Each child care facility shall send at least one representative to attend at least half the number of child workshops held in the city and sponsored by the State Department of Human Services. At least one representative from each facility shall attend the Red Cross first aid workshop at least once a year. Failure to comply with this section shall be grounds for revocation of the city permit.
