1. No child care facility shall be operated within the city unless a valid license issued by the State Department of Human Services, Division of Children and Youth Services and all standards for day as established by the state are complied with.
2. Upon suspension or revocation of the license issued by the state it is understood that the permit issued by the city shall be immediately suspended or revoked until such time as state licensing is renewed.
