Upon each application for a child care facility, the license officer shall investigate, or cause to be investigated, the application and building or premises to determine:
1. If the city ordinances concerning zoning are complied with and report the findings in writing;
2. If city ordinances concerning traffic safety are complied with and report the findings in writing;
3. If the city ordinances concerning sanitation are complied with and report the findings in writing;
4. If city ordinances health and safety are complied with and report the findings in writing;
5. If city ordinances concerning fire and safety are complied with and report the findings in writing; and
6. If city ordinances concerning building safety are complied with and report the fmdings in writing.
