1. No permit shall be issued for any child care facility applying for a permit after November 20, 1984, when the child care facility will be located within 300 feet of the property of any mixed beverage licensee or tavern measured from the nearest point of the mixed beverage licensee or tavern land on which there is located a mixed beverage licensee or tavern building in normal use for such purpose to the nearest point of the proposed childcare facility, following the most direct point to point measurement.
2. The location of the child care facility shall also meet the requirements of (Chapter 15 Planning and Zoning) of this code of ordinances.
