§ 5-9 SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR MOBILE FOOD-SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT PREPARATION AND SALES.
   1.   No more than 10% of the required off-street parking space or loading area will be utilized by the establishment at each location when conducting operations at an existing business location during normal business hours of business.
   2.   Mobile food-service establishments-preparation and sales must return to a commissary daily for wastewater disposal, maintenance, cleaning and the like as required by Health Department regulations.
   3.   Mobile food-service establishments-preparation and sales shall set out a trash receptacle for all customers to use. It shall be the responsibility of the mobile food-service establishment to empty the receptacle in a timely fashion. Any overflowing of trash could be considered littering and eligible for fines in accordance with Chapter 12 of this code of ordinances.
   4.   A valid food handler’s certification is required for every occupant of the establishment and certifications must be available within the vehicle for inspection by city, county or state officials during hours of operation.
   5.   Mobile food-service establishments-preparation and sales shall not be required to be issued an identification badge.
