§ 1-42 OFFICE MANAGER.
   1.   The position of Office Manager is hereby created. Said position shall be filled by the person serving as City Clerk-Treasurer, unless the City Council shall otherwise prescribe. The Office Manager shall perform such additional office operations and maintenance duties as the City Council may prescribe. All benefits shall be provided in accordance with municipal policy.
   2.   The City Council shall determine the salary of the Office Manager which shall be based on the Office Manager’s education and experience and the duties to be performed.
