§ 1-25 SUPERVISORY DESIGNATION OF COUNCIL MEMBER; ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS.
   1.   The City Council may give its members supervisory control over designated personnel, departments and/or activities of the municipality.
   2.   Each Council member may be given an appropriate title and each Council member shall be, in effect, a committee of one of the City Council, and be subordinate to said City Council.
