If a user violates or continues to violate any provision of this ordinance water service provided directly or indirectly to the user by the County and/or the City of Burton may be severed. If severed, the water service shall recommence only after the user has satisfactorily demonstrated the user’s ability to comply with all applicable provisions of this ordinance and/or Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, and only at the user’s sole expense.
