Any person who discharges to the POTW, including, but not limited to, any person who causes or creates a discharge that violates any provision of this ordinance or Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, produces a deposit or obstruction, or otherwise damages, injures, or impairs the POTW or local unit, or causes or contributes to a violation of any federal, state or local law governing the POTW or local unit, whether any such act is intentional or unintentional, shall be liable to and shall fully reimburse the POTW and/or City of Burton for all expenses, costs, losses or damages (direct or indirect) payable or incurred by the POTW and/or City of Burton as a result of any such discharge, deposit, obstruction, damage, injury, impairment, violation, exceedence, noncompliance, or act. Costs that must be reimbursed are set forth in Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO on file at the City of Burton Clerk’s office.
