A violation of this ordinance or Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, or of any permit, order, notice or agreement issued or entered into under this ordinance or Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, is deemed to be a public nuisance and shall be corrected or abated as directed by the County Agency or the City of Burton. In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies available under the law, any person creating a public nuisance shall be subject to the provisions of state law, this ordinance, Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, the Genesee County Sewer Use Ordinance, or other ordinance of the City of Burton governing such nuisances, including reimbursing the County Agency and/or the City of Burton for any costs incurred in removing, abating, or remedying said nuisance, as applicable.
