(A) Any person found to be violating a provision of this ordinance and/or Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO may be served with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction of the violation. The person shall, within the period of time stated in notice, permanently cease all violations.
(B) Failure to comply with any requirement of a notice of violation shall constitute a separate violation of this ordinance and/or Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO.
