§ 52.011 INDUSTRIAL USER PERMITS.

It is unlawful for any significant industrial user (SIU), or any other user as determined necessary by the POTW Manager to carry out the purposes of this ordinance and Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, to discharge to the POTW without an Industrial User Permit as provided by this section.
