§ 150.07   APPROVAL.
   After the hearing provided for in the preceding section, if the City Council desires to proceed with the making of the improvement and special assessments therefor, it shall adopt a resolution approving the map or drawing, order preparation of final plans and specifications and cost estimate as originally presented or as revised, corrected, amended, or changed, determining to make the improvement, designating the lands and premises constituting the special assessment district therefor, stating what part of the cost of the improvement, if any, shall be assumed and paid from the general funds of the city, and directing that the remainder be assessed in accordance with benefits to the lands and premises constituting the special assessment district, specifying the number of installments in which the assessments may be paid, and ordering the City Assessor to prepare a special assessment roll for all or that part of the cost to be so assessed.
