§ 91.03 LIVESTOCK ENCLOSURES; HEALTH OR SANITATION MENACES OR HAZARDS.

(A) All livestock or poultry pens, buildings, or yards, shall be maintained in a reasonably clean and sanitary manner so as not to become an unnecessary nuisance.

(B) No rubbish or junk shall be kept on any premises in a manner which allows it to become a menace to health or sanitation or a hazard to safety.
