The type, capacities, location and layout of a private wastewater disposal system shall comply with all local, county, state, and federal requirements. No permit shall be issued for any private wastewater disposal systems employing subsurface soil absorption facilities where the area of the lot is less than determined necessary by the City of Burton and County or State health officials, as applicable. No septic tank, cesspool, subsurface disposal facility or other private sanitary sewer system shall be permitted to discharge to any public sewer or natural outlet.
