§ 52.060   SEPTIC TANKS UNLAWFUL.
   Except as provided in this ordinance and Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for disposal of sewage.
