(A) All applicants for sewer connection permits shall first submit to the City of Burton and the POTW plans and specifications of all plumbing construction within the building or premises and such plans and specifications shall meet the requirements of the state plumbing code, this ordinance, and Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO, the County Sewage Disposal District Number 1 regulations, and all provision, rules and regulations of the State Department of Health. In any case where there is a conflict between the requirements of the plumbing code and the requirements of Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO then and in that event, the requirements of Ordinance No. 2014-1-SO shall prevail.
(B) Complete engineering plans for all proposed plumbing construction and extensions to the system shall be submitted to the Director for review and approval. No sewers shall be constructed until the plans have been approved by the Director and all fees have been paid.
(C) After such plans and specifications have been approved by the City of Burton and the POTW a construction permit may be issued, subject to a final inspection and approval by the City of Burton and the POTW when construction is completed and ready for connection with the public sewer system.
