2-3-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person, partnership, corporation, or any other organization who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1974 Code § 2-1617; amd. 2010 Code)
