A. Felony: A person who sells or keeps for sale any liquor without a city license shall be guilty of a felony as prescribed in Idaho Code section 23-928.
B. Misdemeanor: A violation of any of the provisions of this article by any agent, employee, servant, or other person in any way acting on behalf of the licensee shall be presumed to be a violation by the licensee. Persons violating any provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1974 Code § 2-313)
C. Minors: Any minor who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to penalty as provided in the “Idaho Criminal and Traffic Law Manual,” latest edition.
