Buhl city police officers, other police officers, Buhl fire department officers, health officers and authorized city officials or their duly appointed deputies or assistants, shall have the right, at any time, to make an examination of the premises of any licensee as to whether the laws of the state of Idaho and the ordinances of the city are being complied with. They may also enter in and upon any licensed premises for the purpose of police control or regulation and inspection, and it shall be unlawful to refuse any such officer the right to admittance or access to such premises.
