A. Fee: Term: The license fee hereby imposed and hereby required to be paid to the city shall be a sum equal to seventy five percent (75%) of the state license fee paid to the state of Idaho. All licenses for a fiscal year commencing on July 1 and ending June 30 of the following year shall be subject to renewal upon proper application.
B. Refund: No refund of license fees shall be allowed.
C. Renewal Applications: Renewal applications, accompanied by the required fee, must be filed with the city between June 15 and June 30 of each year. Renewals may be granted upon application if the record of the applicant is satisfactory to the mayor and city council and has been in accordance with all provisions hereof, and upon payment of the license fee for the ensuing fiscal year.
D. Operation Under Expired License: Any operation under an expired license shall constitute a violation hereof.
E. Prorated Fee: Any licensee who operates for only a portion of a year may have his license fee prorated from the date he commences operation to the end of the fiscal year on a quarterly basis.
