1-1-5: GENERAL POWERS OF CITY:
The city shall have all the powers provided for in Idaho Code title 50, chapter 2, as it now exists or is hereafter amended and Idaho Code title 50, chapter 2, is hereby adopted by reference as though set forth fully herein. (1974 Code § 1-101)
