7-1-16: TAPPING:
   A.   Done By City: All tapping of mains or laterals of the City water system must be done by the City through the Director of Public Works and City employees. (1974 Code § 1-520)
   B.   Done By Any Other Person: Any other person or persons doing so shall be violating the provisions of this section. (Ord. 991, 10-11-2018)
